This client is one of the foremost providers of Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques, such as Mediation and Arbitration, in the UK.

The web site has now been around for nearly 3 years and it was designed and built it by my and my colleagues Rahul and Lavina who are both fantastic developers. This project was built with SQL, ASP and a lot of other interesting technology, especially in the admin area which drives the web site. From here the client is able to manage and update dynamic data on the web site such as announcements or articles. The system also gives them control over link reciprocation, site wide content links, a members area containing a forum and lots more time and money saving stuff.

This was the objective in the beginning - to create a professional and credible web site that the client could maintain without the need for web developers.

I have also provided this client with a considerable amount of search engine marketing consultancy to increase the targetted traffic and raise awareness of ADR techniques and benefits. In a little under a year the site grew to a Google PR4. The traffic has increased about 1000% and is continuing to increase as the site grows and evolves.

I hope this project continues forever because its one I really enjoy working on.
